The A10 is a very fast and agile short range medium fighter. Its shortness has two advantages: shorter turnings, and more of them fit on a capital ship.

Engines and color scheme are fantastic, but the most impressive is that there's studs and still it looks totally awesome. I think MOCs with studs can be great looking when it's well done and here it's the case !

Hmmm, for the first time in a long time I have been blocked by the censors. Not sure what I said that caught there attention. But I will try again. Gee willikers this is just swell. Lee.
Yeah, these censors are a bit lame, I agree. My comments were held back quite a few times these last days. But hey, it's basically a website about children's toys, so I understand. Thanks for the comments! |

I have to say your tied with Daniel Jassim and Mark Kelso as my favorite starship build, steef.
Your work is amazing! I like all the detail you put in, and for this moc the engines are my favorite part. With that nice transition of the wheels, keep it up! ~CTF |

Hey Steef! Yeah, I saw that there are two levers and a lot of control panels ^^. It's not actually what I meant. For example I would have hidden those technic holes in the wall. And the more computers the better? I dunno. Where's the visor of the gunner? I'm sorry, I don't want to be picky you know ;) I do like the ship, I'm just encouraging you to try a little harder on the cockpit next time, because I'm sure, you can do better :D
Ah, I see what you mean now. Yes, I've been lazy about that particular section. But I guess I was also out of ideas. And that's just what I came to MOCpages for, to get some good criticism and some fresh ideas. Thanks. |

This has a nice chunky industrial feel. Love the colour scheme too. The cockpit piece and the wheels for engines have become a little cliched over the years but I don't think that of this MOC. Hope to see more from you. |

Great work, that's all I can say. Really like the striping on top, too. The weapons are also a highlight, the way they narrow towards the muzzles. |

Nice fleet that you have there ^^ But I somehow don't like that fighter as much as your previous builds...the shape and colours look great as usual, but the cockpit doesn't appeal to me. The idea of a two-seater is nice, but the interior is a bit too simple for your building skills...I guess that's again due to your habit of not giving the public what we want? Well, never mind my comment though ;) That's just what I thought, no matter how many Kelsos would say it is perfect :P
Cheers for the comment. Actually, I usually put much more control panels and stuff in the cockpit, but I thought I might keep this one simple. There's actually more in there than is obvious than the picture suggests though. There are three slopes with controls, and five plates. Furthermore, there are also two handles at the pilot's seat. |

I like the bulky appearance and general size of this ship; the big engines and lack of wings definitely say that this is a spacecraft in a way that other builders' ships (including mine!) don't. The construction techniques you used here are also more advanced than what you used to build your earlier minifig scale design. Awesome work! |

Nice! Cool design yet again, and I'm diggin' the color work. Like those small shots of dark blue in there.
Actually, this is the first time I've built something in this particular colour design, I think. I am liking it too.

Good choice of names - I note the similarities between your starfighter and the A-10 Warthog: an engine on each side of the fuselage, massive gatling guns (just one on the Warthog, I belive), and manueverability. Great job. I'm amazed that you could make this in one day.
Heh, now that you mention it... I wasn't thinking of the warthog when I came up with the name though: I just happened to use a dark blue tile on top with A.10 on it, so I thought I'd stick with it :) |
