Dominance Class Starfighter
About this creation
COMPLETED -- 04/24/2009
This is my thirteenth VOAT. Red and dark bley are fun to work with, just in case you're wondering.
Byron Lotton, the chief engineer that developed the Glave, was furious when it was stolen. After the initial attempts at recovery failed, it became clear that a second DCS (Dominance Class Starfighter) would be needed. Much of the advanced tech used in the Glave was impossible to replicate for various reasons but Byron believed he could come up with something just as cutting edge.
The Reclamation was designed and developed in just over a year. It is piloted by none other than Byron Lotton himself. The Glave will be found...

Thanks for looking and please give into peer pressure and build a VOAT (rules listed on the VOAT group).

Very detailed, and very busy. It totally looks like something from the Eastern Bloc on Lugnet. Have you checked into that? The color scheme is the exact same, and the requirements are to have a lot of exposed components to make it look kind of old tech. The business look of this fighter really works. It looks like some loving attention to detail went into this MOC. |

My... jaw... dropped.
Not ONLY did you make this VOAT extremely sleek despite the wide cockpit, but you used some incredibly creative techniques, especially in the wings, detail, and upper engines. I would go so far as to say this is your best VOAT yet. Absolutely amazing work. |

Nicely. I love the buildup of the wings. Haven't seen anything quite like it yet. Did you invent this? I also like the engines, although the greebs around them confuse me a bit ;) |

Wow, that looks rather like a capital ship, than a one person starfighter! Really great design, and the details are excellent. ^^ |

It has a brutal design, compared with your previous ships. And it's not a bad thing ! The color scheme is perfect once again, and I love this weird (in a good way) shape full of angles. Very strong and nice creation !

This is amazing! It's so big and packed full of detail. I really like how you made the wings with all those plates. The engines are nice, too. Great work again! |

Just like your other ones, completely awesome. I love how sleek you get these, and how compact they seem even though they are rather large. Overall, exceptionally great work, I particularly like the colors here. As for your bit at the end-- I would love to do something along these lines, but it would be slightly different... a VOAT of a VOAT, if you will. Anyways, fantastic job! |
