Star Cruiser Benevolence
The luxury Benevolent class star cruiser Benevolence on its maiden voyage to Uranus.
About this creation

The Benevolence and its support fleet. Although the Benevolence is an entirely self supporting vessel, the Company thought it would be a good idea to add to the grandeur of the ship.

The backside of the ship is all powerful engines. No passengers are allowed here. Not matter how much they're paying. On top is a panorama deck though. There's a giant restaurant where you can dine under the stars.

Hidden below the hull is a dock, where small vessels can depart for short pleasure cruises and planet surface shopping outings.

The surface sensors are used frequently to scan for missing passengers, who didn't return from their shopping trips.

Quoting mithryl dlarix So, now you're the one shamelessly promoting? Don't you have anything better to do? What happened to Front Mission? Oh, and wicked ship man. My only beef, is it could use a bit of color, maybe some gray here and there to bring out its awesome lines.
Front Mission? I have honestly no idea what you're talking about there. And to tell you the truth, a bit of colour would indeed do this ship some good. But you know how it is with these luxury cruising companies eh? They won't easily change a winning colour. Gray? Not on their shift!

Quoting Andreas Höttler Very nice overall shape, looks really fast. The only thing I don´t like so much is the back, there you have this thin plates, do you know which I mean? However, in my opinion they are to straight compared to the overall design of the rest of the ship.
Cheers for the comment. I thought the thin plates were rather fetching myself. I'm thinking of them as thruster stabilisers.

Well, you've done it now...you've given Phipson the "go ahead." I'd have recommended you tell him to stick it where the sun doesn't shine, but then he likes that sort of thing. Now there's no going back! But hey, with MOC's like these you'll certainly garnish enough respect to overshadow your association with Chris. Great design on this one, and some cool parts usage. Welcome to MOCpages! Looking forward to more!

Quoting Chris Phipson Usually I'm the kind of guy that would make a joke about it's destination... but this is just too cool! Like Brian said, Welcome! ~ Chris.
Haha, don't worry. Most things I write are quite tongue in cheek. I can take a joke :)

Quoting Indiana Pearce What's the scale?
I'm not sure. I always use the term microscale, but maybe that's not what you mean. Still pretty new to these things (plus english is not my mother tongue). How about 'rather large'? ;) Nah, judging from the size of the bridge window in the front, I'd say it's about 400-450 metres long.

Very impressive, I've seen your other creation too, I like your style of using the bricks. The models look very realistic and complete.
