Wow, Schfio Factory. I'd never expect you to build a Gundam but here you did it out of nowhere and it's also a well-built Gundam, too. By the way, have you and the other LEGO Gundam afficionados heard about a new LEGO feature called CUUSOO? If not, please look it up, okay? Basically, it lets LEGO fans promote both licensed and non-licensed creations for consideration to The LEGO Group and when a creation has 10,000 votes, then TLG will take it under consideration as an official LEGO set! How cool is that, sir? Anyway, LEGO Gundam most definitely deserves to be a brand of LEGO. If Exo-Force is an homage of sorts to Gundam and it was a huge hit for LEGO, then imagine how much of a hit that LEGO Gundam will be for TLG! |

Yes, there's some wrong on the degree of bending, I'll fix it later. Maybe it's due to the fact that I built it at 5:00am (I built the gundam overnight). I's not so consious at that moment.

They don't have to be as "kick". Just build what you like. I think, after my own Freedom Gundam, everyone was expecting more of the same. Instead, I decided to branch out and try other stuff. But because my other mecha were not as large or detailed, they didn't get as much attention.
Yes, Everyone will expect you next piece should be better than before. Anyway, if you show interest on and intend to building something you like, this MOC should be a good MOC.
So, I always build what I want to build.

The gundam is built for a lego fan gathering. Since I've not completed it on time, shoulder armors are missed. Also, photos with details of the MOC are still waiting. The other gundam MOC will not be so "kick" as this.

I can tell you used worm gears for some of the joints on this, and was wondering if you've broken axles or gears when trying to pose it. In any case, this is really impressive and thanks to it's large scale, you've incorporated a lot of features and elements that are hard or impossible to do on a smaller scale. It'd be great to see in person just to appreciate how big it is.
Yes, there's possibility of axles break. If it happen, it'll be a disaster on the MOC. please visit the gallery again in the future as I'll upload much beautiful photos of the MOC later this month.

Alright! Another gundam builder! And teknomeka too! I haven't seen a tekno gundam this good in a long time! Keep it up--MOCpages needs more gundam!
Thx. I use the concept of teknomeka. Its framework is good to make giant robot. However, for my gundam, it reaches the constrain of the framework. It's really heavy for those joints to support. e.g. its forearm is too heavy for the elbow joint to lift it up. I have "prepared" several lego gundam of smaller scale , those are not launched onto the internet. I 'll post them later on. |

Ever tried to make a Liberty Gundam? It'll be soo awesome!
The making of the Musha Gundam scared me so much. There're a lot of technical problem solved throughout the progress, that make me always headache. e.g. How to make the MOC stand with its heavy weight ~almost 20kg. So I think I'll not make another gundam of similar size. Varity and amount of lego parts is another problem I need to consider. However, I do want to create a physco gundam mark I with a smaller size(because I want to create other gundam of palm size. In fact, I do have finished several Gundam).
