MRF (Multi Role Freighter)
About this creation
Unfortunately, I have once again lost the file to one of my creations, the MRF/g, so I can't give anyone the schematics.

This is the MRF Multi Role Freighter. It has three roles (Hence the M in MRF).

I'll display the MRF/f first.

The MRF/f or Freighter class, can haul cargo from one end of the galaxy to the other safely. In the Freighter class there are banks mounted on the hull. On one half of each the bank there are shields protecting the ship from even the most concentrated ion fire. On the other half are newly made "Infinite Class 1" Rechargers. This equipment functions like a capacitator to recharge the ships hyperdrive so it can jump almost instantaneously. Unfortunately this equipment is new so it can only recharge the hyper drive twice before it needs to cool down. Even worse this cool down time can last up to a month, so MRF/f pilots have to rely on standard jumps instead of "on the spot" getaways. The freighter has the standard load out of:

* Two forward mounted blaster cannons

* Heavy-duty shields

* 8x12 studs of cargo space (In width x length form)

* Guidance fins

Tech information:

(Note that the speed is based on how fast I've seen ships go in SWG)

* Max atmospheric speed of 745 km/h

* Max speed in space 790km/h

Crew: 1 pilot, and navigation computer

Here’s the front of the MRF/f.

Here’s the back of the MRF/f

Here’s the bottom of the MRF/f. I have to tell you, I've had trouble creating landing gear. Now that I think of it I may only implement it on larger ships. By the way the MRF uses repulsor lift.

These are the shield banks. I never really thought about putting in the "Infinite Class 1" Rechargers. Those were just things I decided to put in the text.

Here are a few interior pictures.

Here’s the top of the MRF/f. This particular MRF/f belongs to the famous squad, 14C.

The other is the MRF/g or Gunship class. This outfit of the MRF can be used for unusual purposes, such as blowing open the hull of a larger freighter, allowing marines to infiltrate and retrieve sensitive data or cargo. In the Gunship class there are two "Hull Buster" cannons mounted on each side of the vessel. Inside are charged capsules filled with energy produced by lighting harvesters. This special energy powers the cannons. The good news is that these capsules can power a single set of cannons for up to 12 shots, having the capacity of 24 shots on each side. Bad news is that these need to be frequently replaced, limiting the time the MRF/g can be out in battle. The standard MRF/g comes with:

* 8 "Hull Buster" cannons (4 mounted on each side)

* Guidance fins

* A larger reactor

Tech information:

* Max atmospheric speed of 662 km/h

* Max speed in space 736 km/h

Crew: 1 pilot, and navigation computer

Here’s the front of the MRF/g.

Here’s the top.

As aforementioned I have lost the file for the MRF/g so I can't produce as many picture for this version of the MRF as I would want to.

The third, and final version of the MRF is the MRF/mt or Medical Transport. This version acts as a field hospital. Its also used to ferry the seriously injured or mortally wounded to a proper medical ship orbiting in space. The standard MRF/mt comes with:

* Two medics to sustain the injured

* Monitors to alert the medics to a problem with a patient

* No blasters cannons. These were taken away so excess power could be used to power the monitors

* Faster speed without the cannons

* Guidance fins

* It can hold 5 injured soldiers

Tech information:

* Max atmospheric speed of 790 km/h

* Max speed in space 860 km/h

Crew: 1 pilot, 2 medics, and navigation computer

Here’s the front of the MRF/mt.

Here’s an interior picture, showing the monitors and the medics.

Well that’s the end to the trio of the MRF versions. I know I can add many different variations to the MOC but I'll save those roles for other creations.

Quoting Lea Khan After having a quick run through of all your ships, I can see you have some serious talent. However, see if you can get some variation in your designs, they're all rather boxy. other than that I love 'em. Can almost imagine them streaming outwards to conquer the galaxy...
Thanks man, and I'll be sure to change my way of boxiness.
