Happy Easter, everybody! This is a 32x32 vignette and my entry for the Holy Week Scene Contest.
About this creation
This is my entry for the Holy Week Scene Contest, and I am very glad with the way it turned out.
It is a vignette ilustrating the empty tomb built on a 32x32 plate. For looks, I sheathed the entire back side with matching bricks. All of the minifigs are purist-built with official, non-modded LEGO parts. The scene includes many small details, so you should take your time and look carefully! This was actually a set for a movie I made, but it turned out so well that I decided to enter it.
EDIT: This was the winning creation. (and the only creation!)

By the way, did you know that in the year 33 A.D (the year Jesus was crucified), the days are the same as 2009. Not only that, but in that year, Jesus most likely rose on April 5th, one week before this year! Crazy calendar calculators....
