The fist thing you will notice is that this is the first pelican to include a windshield frame. I made it cutting up in half those hospital bed cable thingies(you know , the ones used so helicoter can lift them) a grey rod attached with a little super glue and two droid arms.
You might call me cheap , but I prefer to have a cheap thing that looks good...well sometimes , besides give me credit , i only used lego elements...and some super glue , it's just like Scorp's H2 warthog windshiled , it isn't lego but it sure look cool.
The cockpit has actually no interior detil right now, but before it was accidentally destroyed(the pelican), I put two seats, controls, a door behind the pilots, and the small hall that connects the cockpit and the seats.
Yeah you are going to complain about the color scheme , but I ain't gonna change it , I like this better than a whole light grey pelican , besides I coordinated it , I only use it to higlight certian parts and in the belly becuase that's where shadow hits ,hehe.
You might be wondering why it doesn't have landing gear , well I think the landing gear in the pelican is stupid , if it got to the point of hovering over the ground and landing softly , why does it need landing gear? not only this but marines are now un-cool , they look lie the soldiers I see every day in the news a iraq , and don't get me started on the battle rifle.
This pelicn is actually kind of a blend of the two , I just took all the elements I liked from each one and put im in here.
I hope you can see all the details inside the pelican , it has everything , seats , seat separations , even the medpacks! it can hold 10 marines just like in the game , and it looks so compact! OH MY GOD!(now I sound like those jack lalaine power juicer or ab king pro adds).
Even the walls have greeblies , i'm obsessed with messy looking ships and greebling , I just wasn't satisifed with the old just light grey pelican i did( proof of my obsesion is my drawing style and my Halo 2 MC , go check it out to , it's in the MGS prototype page in my mocpages , also check out the spectre , and of course LEAVE YOUR REVIEWS!).
You might have also noticed the ''MARINES'' lettering in the side , YARGH matey! no detail escapes in my ship!.
This is great. It's too bad that it's impractical to make an accurately sized minifig scale pelican. I'm in the process of building a wraith right now, and I just finished a banshee I have yet to post.
Hi Great ship my son of 10years of age thinks that your ship is fantastic and would like to try and build a similar ship please could you e-mail if possible any advise for my son on how to build this
This would be much appreciated from a father who can not build using Lego
Wow bro, sweet ship. As much as I'd love instructions, I don't want'em. I think it would be awesome to build somethin like this by myself. But anyway, super job. And I'd love to see a tank/warthog that atatches to the pelican.
WOw im just speechless, my new and not posted pelican can't even fit 10 marines.(8) or have a medpack, lol. but the detail! and the windshield frame!, im not a purist so 5/5 to you my amazing lego-building friend!!
Ok first off, great job. Second off I soooo would buy that. Third off I have some suggestions to contribute. Okay, everying is great except the wings need to be larger and there shouldnt be a gap between the roof of the pelican and the wings. Only the front wings need a re-adjustment. A turret in the back would be nice and an attachable vehicle feature would also be welcome but this iscertainly the best pelican of all time. I can also be found at red vs blue .com

Awesome, no other word can describe it. You made a pelican almost exactly the way I will make mine soon. Also it is the only pelican that is properly sized. It is that big. Please review my pelican. Again, excellent. ( wait, did I just used another word to describe it!!)
I like it

This pelican is the best I have ever seen. It is even better than scorp's.
I would enjoy it if you made some insturctions.
If you do I will give you credit and worship your magnifigence.
This is beter than scorps pelilcan!!! Awsome, so realistic,
cezar, be ready for any bad reivews from '........................."
Note: El Rolly, when are you going to finnish it? Its Been forever! Date of this edited reveiw: July 2006
What happens when you take the best parts of every Lego Pelican? Well, you get this. I can honestly say, in my humble opinion that that is the best minifig scale Pelican I've seen. My only complaint is the fact that the windshield is hollow. Other than that, it's perfect. Great moc bud.
Okay, I can see you're really good at this. So I challenge you to make a model that, until now, no one has ever done before. CESAR! I, HALOfreak, challeng you to make.......a Phantom dropship! Why hasn't anyone even tried yet?
uh buh ub hu uhd duh... awwwwwwwwssssssssssoooooome. this this is even better than Saber Scorpion's!!!(no offence, Scorp) this is amazing! beautiful! i feel like i'm in an art museum right now. you want to touch and handle the artwork, but you know you can't. send instructions, please!
Haha, everything's always "work in progress" with you, Cesar. :-P Well I already reviewed this on my forums, but I might as well do so here too. It's definitely one of the best (if not the best) Pelican I've ever seen. The shape and details are just right, and even though I prefer for the Pelican to be solid colored for accuracy, you coordinated the shades of grey well enough so that I won't count off for it. Actually my only complaint is the windshield, which just looks too flat. The framework is pretty cool though I guess. Anyway, awesome job as usual!
Well. I think that this is my favorite Pelican of the entire group. Someone finally got ALL of the details right instead of just a few here and there. My only gripe is that it needs to be bigger. Everyone builds really tiny Pelicans. These things are supposed to be big. I mean, they can fit a tank comfortably benaeth the tail section.(we all know how big the scorpion is) Overall, Very very good pelican.
