The F-22 is one of the U.S.A.'s first 5th generation fighters. The U.S. version is capable stealth but at the same time it is one the most expensive fighter planes to date.
About this creation
These are just different views of my F-22.
One of the features of the F-22 that help make it stealth is that it has no exposed weapons systems, all of its missiles are hidden within the fighter itself.
Another feature that contributes to its stealth capabilities is the overall shape of the plane, all of its' leading edges are parallel to each other.
Aside from having stealth capabilities, it is also one of the fastest fighter planes in the world with a new feature not currently found in any other plane today, thrust vectoring.
Thrust Vectoring allows for a sharper turning, climb and descent rate. All these features help make the F-22 one of the worlds' most deadliest fighters in the skies.

This is so cool! You even did the internal weapons bays. Excellent work! And about the U.T.M., Don't sweat it if you don't have a lot of blue I would be happy with anything you build. I invited you not only because of your building skills I also saw your activity boosting skills. Anyway glad you joined and I hope to hear some of your ideas soon. - J-MAN |

Bear in mind I'm one of the biggest Raptor-nitt-pickers on MOCpages here... The tailplanes are a bit small. The weapons bays are on the small side as well, and should be several studs forward; most of the bay is in front of the wing. I think the cockpit/nose area could be shortened by a few studs, moving the cockpit back a stud or two. But just about every F-22 on MOCpages and Flickr (mine no exception) has been raked over the coals in such manner by my Raptor-fan identity. Back to my LEGO identity, this is a great model! I like the colors, and the row of tiles for the RAM on the wings looks great. If you're into the Raptor, you need to check out Alex's on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/24910605@N08/3458211701/ Nice job! |

Inspiration for my missile bay doors go to Jesse Nelms, I saw how he built his F-22, and from there I figured out how to build all the missile bays including both the side missile bays. Thanks Jesse. |

Man, that's...pure genius. The overall shape is right, you got the missile bay, and I especially liked those air intakes and the F-119 pratt & whitney vectored thrust capable nozzles! Surely beats my F-22 raptor. |
