Torizo V-0.5 EPIC FAIL
Because we all make mistakes sometimes, and I'm as fallible as any other human.
About this creation
A Torizo is a vicious, nasty, mean, cruel beast that looks just like a Chozo item-statue until it gets up and starts hitting you.
It usually does so after you collect the item it holds and before you escape from the item-room.

I was trying to build one; it didn't quite come out right and I decided to photograph it, post its truncated glory and pull it apart.
I did so.

I have a reason: the scale was completely off, it was half the correct size.

And Torizo, being huge things with a massive lifespan, do not have small children, to the best of my knowledge.

Here's what the head MIGHT have looked like.

Sorry... I, ah, kinda got sidetracked.
Anyway, this image shows how large it SHOULD be, in comparison to my Samus.

Quoting Jacob J Personally, I think your Torizo/Chozo Statue looks great. It is perfecly to scale with my Samus. (I built one to check.) The problem, (From my weird point of veiw,) is your Samus. But that's all I have to say. Jacob, out. EDIT: I noticed that you said Torizo have "huge lifespans." If I remember corectly, Torizo are mechanical. But I probably don't remember correctly. Jacob, for the last time, (probably,) out.
Well, no-one's quite sure what they are. My theory is that they're opportunistic predators who found that impersonating a Chozo statue is a good way to get hold of food. First animals that used to be pets, then item-stealing Space Pirates.

Quoting GooGoo GaGa The Great hm... maybe remake it.. idk?
I intend to.. eventually. Say, twice the size, that would make it more mecha than hardsuit, and I'm kinda running short on dark grey parts; it's supposed to be a statue that comes to life and attacks you, you know.

Quoting Ben Sandfelder Regardless of the proportion, it looks good.
Well, I don't know about that; the head turned out to be the wrong shape and was beginning to look odd as I added parts, and I'm not sure if I would have finished it at all, even if I hadn't found out it was mis-shapen. Now, if I was one of the many who maimed pefectly good lego to make a restricted minifig scale Samus, it would be correct in size. However, purism is something firmly engraved in my mind.

Quoting GooGoo GaGa The Great il give u 4 cuz it is cool in a way.. but badly proportioned :(
I KNOW it's mis-proportioned: I want a Torizo that can OM-NOM-NOM my Samus fig, not one that can wrestle with it. After all, if I made a Ridley that small, it wouldn't be quite as fun as one that could pick the SA up and breathe fire at it like the Zero Mission Ridley.
