When a mission requires the elite of Mippur Squad to be in the sky, hovering over enemy lines, Kordo and his men strap on a jetpack and a kama. They usually use the jetpacks when they fight side-to-side with the 2nd Airborne Company or other Squad in Cody's Battalion.

Two views of Target. Notice how he and Sharpshot have the same jetpack as they both are snipers.

Also note that they all wear a kama to protect themselves from enemy fire or jetpack downwash.
