I extremely dislike this MOC. Lack of armor and a good weapon signify something that is mainly built for amusement, rather than a goal of building something cool and worthwhile to look at.
The weapon does not look like any effort was put into it. It sure doesn't look like a launcher. It doesn't look like it could be a shield either.
The green "hand" is not very appealing. I suggest using another y connector instead.
The chest armor is a strong point, I actually like Carapar's chest armor.
The limbs are out of proportion, and that lack of armor shows lack of effort.
The arms are different, but they should have a reason otherwise.
The mask is something that only people who are power hungry and those who want their character to be all-powerful. Nobody likes those kind of characters.

My borther really isn't a MOCer. This was just a bit of fun - and tbh, there are far worse ones out there than this guy. It's not about points. Look at the MOCs that I made and talk about points. I think I'd most likely get more than you would, hm? You don't even have any yet!
