Most of the non-corner spots are taken so most of the remaining buildings I need to make have to be corner buildings. This is just a small grille/sports bar with multiple floors of apartments on top including all the necessities that keep it running on the roof

Wow! This is really cool! I am currently in the process of building a town, but not really on this scale. It is kind of a residential district with just houses and a beachfront hotel.
