The octuptarra combat tri-droids were advanced combat automata used by the Techno Union and the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars.

About this creation

This is my mini tri-droid, to scale with my HMP gunship, homing spider droid, dwarf spider droid, AT-TE, and AT-RT. The model does have three guns and three legs. The legs were probably the hardest. Unlike other tri-droids, the scale of this model eliminated use of the triple technic crossbar connector.

Also, the main picture is a miniature Battle of Christophsis, complete with Captain Rex and Anakin atop the droid.

I know that at least the non-straight arms (the old kind) are made in gray. I don't know about the straight arms however.

I would suggest using bley/light bley (do they make those?) arms for the legs.

actually... the grey legs exist, and i have them. they come in the new hyena droid bomber. there are 3 droids. oh, btw, great job!!

The legs are not gray because, as far as I know, the pieces do not exist in gray. Also, when making minis, I try not to use any modded pieces, including recolored. I have used modded pieces only three times, and every time it was a rod cut down to the size of another rod which I did not own.
