Diorama of Tantive IV's capture.

About this creation

The engines and shields have been knocked out and now the ship is been drawn into the hold of a star destroyer. The occupants of the Tantive IV can now only wait for the inevitable boarding. All around the ship they can hear the metallic clanks of the star destroyers clamps.

This diorama is the first one that I had a go at and I was fairly pleased with the results. I still need to produce the scenes with Princess Leia.

All around, the sounds of the ship been clamped by an unseen enemy. The rebels prepare as best they can.

Bang and there in, blasters ring out and troopers on both sides fall in the onslaught of fire.

The stormtroopers are too numerous and the rebels start to fall back. Amongst this confusion two droids make there way through the ships desks almost oblivious to the battle.

Enter the dark lord Darth Vader. "Bring me the passengers I want them alive."

Troops and droid alike are rounded up to be processed.

You had reviewed one of my dioramas (I Smell Something). I decided to take a look at the work of my reviewers. All I can say is - Great work. Masterfully done. We just put together a scene on the blockade runner (Tantive IV, go check it out) and now I am looking at this and want to go rebuild the whole thing to your specs. Inspirational. Thank you. Dave

who the heck cares if "c-3po r2 and the imp troops arent mocs" nither is vader but the fact is it would be hard to make the impeirials storm the blockade with out imp storm troopers
