A 5-wide classic car design I finally got around to building.
About this creation
I actually designed this car when I still went by the name "killermoth26" - you can find a rendered version of it on my Brickshelf account by that name. Since I took about 5 years to finally getting around to building it, I actually wasn't the first person to do it. "whoward69" used some cross-section renders I posted and beat me to it with his iteration, as seen here!
A car so expensive and pretentious-looking, other minifigs won't want to talk to you! Not that this guy cares, of course. He doesn't mingle with the lower classes. I stole the hood ornament from whoward69's build, by the way.
Fun facts! Pieces: 168, 11 of them chrome. Width: 5 studs, 6 at the widest. Exposed studs: 3 if you count the hood ornament. Stability: so low, it would probably explode if you sneezed on it. This rear angle looked better before I raised the side panels an extra plate because I don't have any 1 x 4 x 1 panels to use instead.
Describing the front of your car as "very SNOTty" is only a good thing if you're into LEGO.
though it a bit ruins the overall sleakness of it, i like your technique on the hood :-) this car looks insanely complicated (the undercar detail is brilliant! i usually refuse to do undercars on my vehicles =D) and it had took some serious time of thinking (at least it would took to me ;-P) five heads man! :-)
