This is the official Phoenix Designed Custom of the Checker Cab... the Hoodlum.

About this creation

With a beefy big-block PD V8, exhaust turn-outs, stowable convertible top, and modern design touches, this is the one-of-a-kind Hoodlum. It started as an idea to see what a two-door Checker Marathon would look like, & turned into an idea. The black hard top stows completely inside the car, with no left over pieces. When the center lock piece between the trunk and top storage cover is removed, they will raise up on individual hinges. The removable rollbar/storage cover comes out of the compartment, and the top is disassembled and placed inside. The compartment cover can then be placed on top of the main part of the cover.

Thank you. I love being able to post... it is a 4-wheeler, I just like to hide the rear wheels in this style of car. ;-) And I will definitely be on the lookout for any of your new creations.
