Complete Overhaul Spartan Outpost C37 will go under a complete overhaul due to some persuasion by a fellow member (You know who you are) and will be re-opened to new MOCs. Older MOCs will continue to be displayed. I have also gone into a different theme. I will still build HALO MOCs but not as much. The Allies Page will be rewritten and all Allies will be deleted during the process (Last time I came here was in March of 2008).
