My dark ages officially ended in July of 2010 after I found 10213 Shuttle Adventure. As a long time fan of NASA and Legos, it only took 10 minutes after first laying eyes on it before I'd placed an order on LegoShop. In the years since I stopped playing with Legos as a kid, I couldn't believe the things that were being done with Legos these days. Add to that my morbid fascination with the creative aspects to virtually everything, and this was destined to happen.
I'm new to the community, and I'm eager to learn and share with others who love to build with Legos. In art, I like to sculpt, so mostly I'm working on buildings. But I've also dabbled in mosaics, vehicles, and landscapes.
What I love about this community so far? Everyone has something unique to bring to the table. Everyone does things in such different ways. It's been a real eye opener to see what's been done, and I'm excited to share what I've been up to since last summer :)
