Thanks for stopping by my home page. I loved playing with LEGOs during my childhood and grew up playing pirates with my Skull's Eye Schooner and other sets. Late in middle school and early high school I moved more towards building cities and later Egyptian tombs. During my senior year, I began to pack away my LEGOs "for good".
In my first year of college, I bought the Black Knights Castle as a gift for my younger brother. A challenge to build a better castle was all it took to get me back into the LEGO building spirit. I began to mentally sketch out what I would want my castle to look like, and, thanks to discovering Bricklink, I set about building Castle Glum during the second semester of college.
As my brother started to build his own custom castle, I bought the Royal Knights Castle and expanded it into a defensive keep and courtyard so as not to fall behind in the castle race. In addition, I have began construction of a very small castle for the marauding Bulls, which I plan to have complete sometime next year.
I hope to get more pictures of all these castles and their respective armies online over the next couple of months. Also, a couple more battle scenes are in order. Comments and critiques are always welcome.
