I came out of my LEGO dark ages in 2000, when (like so many others) I started collecting Star Wars sets.
I started building MOCs a year ago, when I built two moonbase modules for Brickfest '04. I'm not all that happy with how they turned out, so I won't be posting them (they can eventually be viewed in my maj.com gallery .)
My third MOC was displayed at Brickfest '05. It was basically practice for the real reason I decided to start building with LEGO again: I have a series of 7 stories, set in the far future, that I plan to illustrate using LEGO. I'll post part of the first story online, once I get it finished.
One more thing: my wife likes to build with LEGO too, and she is involved just about anything I build, whether it's providing a good suggestion, a nice element, or building a major piece herself. Thanks, Summer!
