Welcome to The Institute for Wartime Technologies. Actually, as institutes go, we're more like pirates (we just like to hide behind the name). A purely war-like civilization (if you want to call us "civilized"), we have thus far dedicated our services to any war or conflict against the LIU. As a bunch of crazy lunatics, we have great technology that no one outside of a prison should have ever thought of, let alone constructed. If you hate the LIU or like wageing senseless war, join our cause. If you are the LIU, we have stolen a Dark Sun and converted it to generate Black Holes (it wasn't easy, either). See you soon. Why do we hate the LIU? One of our ships took off and collided with an LIU Fuel Tanker. They both blew up and we've all been bitter about it ever since. So we began plundering any LIU Military or Cargo ship on sight. They have attempted to retaliate (who wouldnt), but by that time we had activated our revolutionary Black Hole Drive Systems (more on that later) and ceased to exsist. Infact, our absolutely insane (we mean that literaly) technology makes it hard to see us coming, or see us when we get there for that matter. to further mock our enimies, I will now reveal to you our homeworld's location: Gamma Sector CC17 Plural D Delta. Theres nothing there you say. That's cause our homeworld dosnt exsist (if your trying to find it from space) Its contained within a massive Black Hole Matrix that renders it non exsistand by collapsing it into the space time continueum. So all attempts to attack us are futile. We can still hurt you out of no where though. And at any time you've ever exsisted, due to the Black Hole Drive's ability to move our non-exsistant asses through time and space.
We are proud to say that, beetween the Black Hole Drive, the SEP Field (rendering our ships invisible to anyone not seeing them out of the corner of their eye. Looking at them directly won't help) and the Computer Physical Matrix which allows us to park our vehicles directly through an enimy ship. That's right. Sheilds don't make you safe anymore) we have built up the most stealthy armada in the galaxy. So engage us at your own risk.
