Buenos dias, amigos! I don't actually speak Spanish, but my sister and brother speak it, as well as Italian and Portuguese, respectively. It's been one heck of a month, and I have a load of stuff to tell you all.
First off, I had a 3-day camp up in the Cedar Breaks in Utah. It was called Varsity Encampment, and it was a lot of fun. They had a ton of stuff to do, like rifle shooting, canoe racing, horseback riding, paint-balling, water balloon(ing?), spear making, knife throwing, and a ton of other stuff that I can't remember at the moment. Then, right after that I went on a church activity(for those of you that don't know, I'm Mormon). It was a Trek, which means I went on a 14 hour bus ride to go to a place called Martin's Cove in the middle of Wyoming, where the Martin Handcart Company of 1856 was stopped and where their rescuers sent them for safety. Then we went to a place called 6th Crossing, where the Willie Handcart Company was stopped because they couldn't go any longer. Then their rescuers came(they were about 60 miles ahead of the Martin Company) and gave them much needed supplies. *phew* It was a really cool experience. It was also a lot of fun. Then we had a 14 hour bus ride back and we did some...stuff(Everything is Awesome). I got back at midnight and stayed up 3 more hours until I went to bed.
After that long section, this one seems kind of short. I'm still struggling in my little electronic dance music experience. I'm trying to figure out how to master effectively, layer up my track
to make it sound good, and a little bit of NeuroBass and stuff. But, recently, I entered in a contest(last month, actually) hosted by this guy named KDrew and EDM.com. I entered, I didn't win, but I got people interested in me. Which is a good thing, in my case. Of course, it's not music that's stopping me from the pages.
It's football... Yup. Luckily, H-e-double-hockey-sticks week hasn't started yet. But, heat acclimatization does. Which means a whole two weeks of running in 100-degree weather. Great. After that, though, we start pads! Then, school starts, then my first football game, then, after this is all over, I want to try out rugby! (Good luck with that)
Also, I just finished a new creation, I got it all photographed, but I don't have any good editing programs. Except for Inkscape. So, expect that soon. Other than that, see y'all later!
