Well, SNOT comes in a wide range of MOCs. You have your SNOT interiors like Mark Kelso's "Yule Fools" and my latest MOC, but then you have SNOT ships like Sven Junga's latest.
I say we have several categories in ONE contest. Just an idea... Permalink | February 7, 2009, 1:45 pm |

Your right JD! That would be a great idea! Just a vauge subject. Things like vehicles, interiors, or just themes, like steampunk and post apoc. Thanks!

A SNOTty vignette contest would be fun. I think it should only be one catagory though. We only have 23 members and that doesn't even mean they will all compete. Permalink | February 7, 2009, 4:33 pm |

Well, since SNOT is so vague, I think you should make the contest prompt pretty specific. I mean, SNOT is used in almost everything, so I say limit down the possibilities. Permalink | February 7, 2009, 5:03 pm |

...I think a SNOTty vignette in one category (as it has been suggested) would be fine. I would also suggest a SNOT ship contest, it could be great! Permalink | February 8, 2009, 8:54 am |

I think that I have made my decision for a theme. The contest forum will be posted in about an hour. The future<(hint) of S.N.O.T. all depends on our conversation and participation in group activities. So good luck if you plan to enter.

I believe that being specific would not help the group much. Giving creators something specific to build often limits his or her creativity, and the contest seems less interesting. If it is more general, it gives builders much more freedom, but you can do what you like. Permalink | February 8, 2009, 1:58 pm |

Hey! I'd like to reopen this thread. If anybody has any ideas for our next contest, then feel free to jot them down here. I will keep in mind the ideas posted before this. NOTE: I will be away for all of next week starting Friday afternoon. I'm planning to possibly start a new contest in about two weeks.
