Lego Factory - HIGHER PRICES!!!! NOOOO!!!

Did you know they have updated Lego Factory??? There's more bricks! The bick selection is the best ever! But...

THE PRICES HAVE ALMOST DOUBLED!!!!!

I made a Modular House before the update, it cost £45. Great!
Then came the update.
I removed the bricks that were not avalible anymore (Door and 2 flat bricks) and checked the price...
£79.68!!!!! Lego have almost doubled their prices for Lego Factory!!!

Does anyone know why? It may be because of the Credit Crunch (Now known as a recession!!). I think Lego should reduce their LDD prices!

I did their online LDD survey and it showed some other peoples comments. NEARLY ALL WERE SAYING 'reduce prices please'.

I hope Lego does reduce their prices soon. I still love Lego. Sorry that I go on a bit. :)

Here in the Uk they have dropped the prices because of soo much complaining. But the avarage model costs about £10 to £20 more than it used to do. Still, it's better than double...

I live in the UK too. But I can't buy the stuff I make on LDD because it's kind of glitched. It says that it can't download bricks from the webserver and has to run in offline mode. Can anyone help?

OK, bit late to this conversation, but I live in Northern California, the prices here for Legos are crazy. Toys-r-us seems to be the highest of all the big chains.

If you think the prices for LEGO are high in the US then you should come to Mèxico. A $20 USD Propeller Power set costs about $500 Mexican Pesos (the exchange rate last time I checked was 1 dollar for 12 pesos) so that'd be about $40 USD!!!!! DOUBLEEE PRICCEEE!!! You're complaining over there Jibby and it has always been like that over here!!! PS: I can't stand this "No Activity Lists" thing, I hate it!!!

Before the resession, the UK Lego prices were double the US. But now the $ is bad against the £, they are roughly the same. But still, everythings cheeper in the US.
