Building Stands....
Hey guys I have a slight problem i think you can help me with.

You see, I'm into the whole Star Trek thing. That's kinda what I do with LEGOs. Of course, now I'm starting a bit of architecture, but that's a different story. Anyway, I got a gob of Star Trek Enterprises (all of them) and I want to give them a nice base so they can be displayed in all their glory. Could you guys maybe give some pointers on building dispay bases? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

One thing I like to do is to make a cut off building with only 2 or 3 walls that have the ships in different states. I always like to have one ship taking off, its makes it more interesting if you have one ship in a state of disrepair and having a mechanic working on it. Then with the rest put them in a row and have one or two with passengers or cargo being loaded or unloaded. Other than that all I can say is to use a drab color and details but not too many or it will take away from the ships. As long as it looks like action is happening then everything will look good.
