Firstly I need to tell you, please do not create topics of any kind without permission from a Mod or Admin of this group, you could have told us this in the "Ask the admins" topic or the General Conversation.
To address your question though, Yes, MOCpages has been acting up lately and many people have had trouble uploading their pictures. Hopefully the MOCpages admins are working on it and it will be fixed soon.
