As for your question, nobody (other than me) types in random URLs in the address bar to view MOCs, and seeing as we don't have a "random" button, the only way to get noticed is to be active in the community and make some friends.
This does not mean make hundreds of 2-person groups for small talk, it also does not mean go into groups and spam, *coughekocough* say something smart, maybe ask for advice on HOW to improve, not just for us to look at your pages. We aren't here to serve you, but if you've got good stuff, people will flock naturally to your pages.
On another note, people will notice you if they see you. Everywhere. Use this same technique, join a group, talk to people, and check out THEIR pages.There's nothing better than to receive the comment email in your inbox, which can pirk many fun conversations and friendships.
This isn't a website for posting pictures, it's a community. Join it, we'd love to have you around.
