First of all, if this is not supposed to go here I'm sorry, but there was no where els to put it. Anyways, my advice comes from Rook of the CABG so I thought that I would bring it here. The tip is that you can use different colors on the inside of the MOC and no one will notice.

That's a good simple piece of advice that will go a long way with builders that don't have a lot of brick.

I've been using that basic idea for a long time. It's great when you have say, a white surface that you want to create but it doesn't actually start till (X number) of bricks high. That way, you don't have to use up all your white (or whatever) building the base and you'll have more to use on the actual "face" of the build.

I think it was Steef de Prouw who just posted a behind the scenes post with this basic idea used. The front of his moc is grey but the backside has more colors than some of the "kewl warthogs" that Ive seen around here.

A simple trick that should help a lot of people out. Thanks for sharing.
