Powers Q&A

If you have a question about a character's (s') powers, ask them here. Whether one of their normal powers, or their ultimate, if you have a question, ask them here.

(Note that the character's creator holds the right whether or not to answer the question.)

Exactly how long do vamprik live.

Most of them live on average as long as the other tribes. The exception to this are those with the Vampira*. Due to how Vampira converts life into energy, those who are born with the ability have unnaturally long life spans. Fenrir was born with it, but Surt was not.

*A Vampirik can only use Vampira if they were born with it.

Can Lestrix be born with it?

Only one every few generations of Vampirik receive it. Fenrir is currently the only one with it.

This is just so you know how Chronodermis works.

And this does not go into the over overpowered rule. Just because of the fact it does one thing.

Everything exists in three dimensions: Length, Width, and Height. However, everything is affected by a fourth: Time. Chronodermis separates whatever is encased in it from Time, throwing them into suspended animation. If something living is encased in it, it is neither alive or dead, awake or asleep, but somewhere in between. They are also unable to use any powers too. Nor are they affected by any powers. And since Chronodermis is not a metal, it doesn't melt like one.

It should be noted that if not removed through the correct tools, the Chronodermis implodes, compacting it and whatever is inside to the size of an atom.

Answers about Kurak mutation.

Well the ultra Rakshi are already one with there armor so they can feel What happens about to there limbs. The armor is more like a suit than a vehicle. It lays over the Mutant kraata (a larger version with limbs in stead of a worm). After his mutations the armor was now a part of him more like skin than armor. There fore when his body changed his armor changed with him.

More on Chronodermis:

A Protosteel catalyst can transfer Chronodermis. This is what happened when Keograkos removed it with his sword. The chronodermis transferred, and, then, unfortunately, Compressed him into the size of an atom. And then explode.

The chronodermis on Vlidrahk's island on Aqua Magna was the only item of its kind on the planet, since Aqua Magna has no reserves of it naturally. It too is refined, but not enough for medical use.

On Necra Magna, the planet has the richest deposits of Chronodermis in the known Universe. Unfortunately, the chronodermis is in an impure, unrefined form nicknamed "Deathsteel" and has rather necromantic properties. The dead of Necra Magna walk its surface, fuelled by the power of the chronodermis surrounding them, and mining operations were almost impossible due to them until the Sirrushians arrived to help mine it, purchasing most of it for themselves.

In industry, Refined chronodermis can be used medically, to put a person's body back in time to a time when they were well. This is most often used after mortal injuries, as the process is both expensive and painful.

It can also be used in weapons because of its explosive, compressive properties. The Sirrushians know this well.

(Which is why the Dragons prize it so much. I'll admit, we of the Dragons have a liking for explosives.)

Even more on the expanding mass.

Chronodermis separates a person from time by sealing them within a pocket dimension that is not connected to time. It Chronodermis is removed without using a dimensional slicer*, the dimension will collapse, crushing whatever is within. This is why Keograkos went poof.

Also, when applied to an object, the Chronodermis spreads to cover it. The more Chronodermis that is applied, the faster the spread of it. This is why Cyrias wasn't completely encased like Orion was. And teh spread amount can be used after be removed with a dimensional slicer.

*A dimensional slicer is a device that is able to cut through different dimensions based on the slicer's current dimensional frequency. Change the frequency, and it will cut through different dimensions. Only one tribe in all of Aqua Magna knows how to make it, whilst it is common knowledge in Swampa Magna. Most medkits come with a slicer.

rames has the power to transport brought on by high stress or high power fluctuations
in BM VIII he wandered the desert , became delirious and ended up walking in the space between world for a life time. he went insane and then lost himself
oddly in this state he is the most powerful rivaling the 'darkend rames' in BM 6, however he doesnt know how to use them and the great potential is lost. sometimes may happen thru freak-accidents.
one of these powers include Psychometry/empathy

Ronin's mental abilities.
though Ronin can create shields as strong as his body (which is dxxxed strong) his abilities centralize around strong emotions. the stronger the emotion the stronger the ability is. His permanent new ability(something that stayed with him during the battle while all others were stripped away) is his ability to read ones emotions through the aura that surrounds all living beings. this is his strongest ability. and it is always reading the people around him. It troubles him when people shield themselves from his ability but he does not act on this he will instead watch them until he unlocks their emotions.

This however, can be fooled by those are can control their emotions, Fenrir and Merlonus, for example, are quite good at this.

Ronin is also mindful of the people around him and those that he has known for long periods like Fenrir Rames Kira Surt and Telzira are open books to him making it easier to talk with them with out setting them off. He uses the time he spends with people to break down emotional barriers between him though if any one else wants to read the emotion will have to go through the same shield that he has broken down. Ronin can also reinforce other peoples emotional and mental barriers with his own.

Fenrir? An open book? That's a laugh. Fenrir has an even stronger mental shield than Lestrix has. Who do you think Lestrix got it from?

Ronin has had five years to break Fenrir and has had four years 364 days and 23 hours of that time to destroy Fenrir's mind. It took Ronin 1 hour off and on to break Fenrir's mental shield. Don't be thinking your characters are all powerful and stuff it really makes you look bad.

And when was this? I did not approve. You can not make assumptions of that kind about other people's characters without their approval. You say it makes ME look bad? This from the guy who does it regularly. And Fenrir's seen some of the most gruesome stuff in existence. Fenrir purposely puts up a mental shield on par with some of the strongest.

Oh, and Gringat, it may have seemed weak, but Surt is quite good at breaking the mental shield of others.
