I need to rant about Legos. Mostly this is a way to blow off steam due to to missing one of the best deals on buying Star Wars Legos, EVER. A Wal Mart near where I live had about 20 of the newer Star Wars gunship sets (the one with Cody, Plo Koon, Ventress, and Obi-Wan)in the discount section for $100. Now I had been watching these sets for a couple weeks waiting for the price to drop some more. We just had some bad weather and I had been busy with some other things so I hadn't checked on them in a couple of days. Now today I went up there and they were GONE. I checked everywhere and I couldn't find them. A wave of despair washed over me. I found the guy who was working in that section and asked him about the Legos. He said they had just sold all of them just a few days ago. When I asked him what they went for, he said around $25. $25 A SET!!!!! At that rate I would have bought at least 6. I just stood there for several seconds trying to process what I was hearing. I was watching and checking these sets for weeks and the one of the few days I didn't check they SOLD! IF anyone can top this sad story of missing an insane deal, post it. I guarantee you others will feel your pain. The silver lining in this is that I found the Lego Indiana Jones Jungle Cutter set for $15. I guess one good deal is better than nothing. Wow, I feel a little better already.

Actually, nothing at all. Just like the name Spanish Trampoline has nothing to do with anything.

Poor guy... It is really sad when the lego sets are sold out. But my case is bigger than yours! I went to the toy store to buy a STAR WARS LEGO STAR DESTROYER, a bit strange because I usually buy a lot little sets, and I see a little girl passing through my eyes. I thought that everything was fine but she took the LAST Star Destroyer in the shop!!! I can't believe that: "Oh, what a cute little girl" and then she takes it away from me!!! NOOOOO

Sniff...

Now I just wish math was as easy as writing. BTW, sorry Horace Tinney for hijacking your original conversation.
