can any one confirm this stolen...know one has ever dared ruining Brian's moc by taking his (with all the changes he made I would say its about this guys percent his) and and calling it theirs....I think this is a total cheat next to Brian's.... here ya go http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/179249 when I mean confirm what I really mean is Kelso Kelso Kelso please look at this and tell me what you think about it!!!

Yeah, he's managed to fall into some grey area that inevitably comes about when someone does this.

It's basically a rip of Brian's. But the builder has altered the color, as well as made a couple tiny variations. AND he mentioned BK in the post, which is the important thing (although a link would've been nice). I'll allow it.

Ahhh... so if there is credit given, and it wasn't just stolen pictures, then it's not a rip-off?

We mostly prefer to see a builder's own work, but sometimes it's cool to blog someone elses stuff, show what inspired you, etc. Under those circumstances (when you're showing someone else's creation, essentially), we ask that you name the person (giving them due credit), and if possible, provide a link. :)
