Got a report that this is a rip-off. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

Suspect swipe here. Unluckily, unable to confirm due to memory lapse.

found a swiped picture. the group called grand army alliance (http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/6109) has used Pepa Quin's terran marines (http://www.flickr.com/photos/pepa_quin/3252060973/in/set-72157613322964669/) as their group icon. I am not 100% sure if they asked him for permission or not, but i don't think they did.

and judging by the size of his second picture, and the increase in quality from his other (previous) builds. I think this: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/177622 is stolen as well. I don't have a source though. definitely add this guy to your "list" http://www.mocpages.com/home.php/30802

http://mocpages.com/moc.php/159298 This is swiped. I thought you banned this guy? Well he's at it again. Teh Gun Master.

Ugggggh. So did I! I sent the recommendation to Sean, anyway. Perhaps he decided not to ban him (or he may have just missed my email...God knows how many he gets each day!). Looks like another recommendation will be headed his way.

In the mean time, is there any chance you can provide a link to the original creator of this last swipe? I need solid evidence before I can comfortably go in and delete this page.

Thanks, James!

After giving this some thought, I actually just sent an email to Sean recommending he NOT ban this guy - at least immediately. The reason being is that all of the "swiped" MOCs were done around the same time (although we've been discovering them bit by bit for a month or so now). Since we've deleted his earlier posts and given him a warning, he hasn't posted any NEW stolen images. If he had posted this recent discovery of ours AFTER getting a warning, then I would think differently, and probably recommend a ban, but again, since he's not posted any new stolen images, I'm up for some leniency. Although if this guy really wanted to follow the rules, after the warning a few weeks ago, he would've gone and deleted all of the remaining stolen images...hmmm. Thoughts?

~~~~~
These are not swiped MOCs -- merely images of sets, sets to come, etc.
These don't belong in Brick~Busters, yet in the MOCpages help group -- if they are against MOCpages rules for not being MOCs.
These are okay (although admittedly a little lame as a post, but still...not against the rules).
Any chance you could give us the original source, so I can have the evidence of these being swipes? Then I can make it official. Thanks.
He gave credit, many people on mocpages say that sort of thing, like from brickmania, fine clonier decals, clone army customs, etc. I wouldn't consider them swiped if they gave credit for it.
He gave credit too you know, doesn't necessarily mean it is "swiped"
He took the pics from Clone Army Customs, and I doubt he asked for permision to use those pictures. If he would have taken the pictures himself and gave credit then it wouldn´t be swiped.
The one's where he gave credit can stay. The one's where he did not, have been deleted.
I took care of the ones that were obvious stolen images. There were a few that I really didn't know, so if we can get comfirmation on those, we can take care of them. In the mean time... let's see what he does. He doesn't look like the kind of person that's gonna "get it" first time out.
Screenshots posted too -- these are prime examples of swiping and making stories up ("it took me a week to build this" ... etc.), which make the person look even more pathological, IMO.
Also, I don't know if you had a chance to delete the group that swiper created -- it was "Lego Designers" or something ...
Thanks for deleting the swipes; someday we will come across the rightful owners.
