Look people,

It's really getting on me when I see old creation to this group or questions that are clearly answered in the rules. I spent two hours writing HTML for this group and it only takes you three minutes to read it.

And the reason that I'm so strict on the fact that your entry must be a new MOC is because entering something that is two years old really kills the purpose of a contest. Part of participating is building.

So I'm here to answer questions and guide you in the right direction, but please, take the short amount of time to understand this contest.
