ok,i was going to send an email to you guys,but i decided not to.
the directions are as follows:

step 1:first you need a black ninja head wrap thing

step 2:next you need any head of ur choice

step 3:now you need a skeleton henchmens body from the old underwater alpha team sets.(if you dont know what im talking about,let me know and ill send you an email with the picture)

step 4:you need atleast 1 katana(my ninja im making has 3 katanas,1 in each hand and 1 on his back).
