Hey Chris. I am actually working on a postapoc MOC right now. I have been working on it off and on for the past few months, would it be OK if I entered it for this round or would you like something new? Permalink | September 9, 2009, 5:47 pm |

Chas vs. Eggy in microscale, that should be a great battle if I know one! Permalink | September 9, 2009, 5:50 pm |

hey Tim. Yeah, sorry, but you're going to have to start from scratch. You have to build your entry, start to finish, in the ten day time frame.
I look at it this way, would it be fair for Eggplant to be able to use one of his castles that he's been working on for a few months if he were in the castle category?
Can't wait to see what you come up with! Good luck! ~ Chris. Permalink | September 9, 2009, 10:41 pm |

Tim, next time just don't ask. I've been working on every category since last year getting ready for this. Permalink | September 9, 2009, 10:45 pm |

by Sig-Figs you mean Sig Figgy Adventures? and is that like real life adventures where random figs go into a random person's house/town? or is it the kind of comic where its all lego? I don't want to get the category wrong, and if I did real life when my partner does real legos, it'd be much more impressive on his part. I'd like some verification from you, and my opponent JD Luse. Someone else actually asked this before and it's a good question.
Stick with the LEGO side and avoid the real life stuff. It's not "against the rules" to do the real life stuff, but the judges will be looking for builds here. It's your choice, but that's how I'd go.

Thank you! and sorry for asking the same question again. I don't monitor this group intensely, but I read what involves me. I did not however find that comment. I'll do my best to pull off something hilarious! Permalink | September 9, 2009, 11:33 pm |

Yeah, sorry about that. It has to do with people not having to play in the same catagory twice. BUT, make it to round 4 and I promise you'll get a nice surprise! Good luck! Permalink | September 10, 2009, 5:39 pm |

Well, I'm against Sterling in the ONLY category I hoped not to get: I'm facing Steampunk with about 100 total brown pieces at my disposal...
I'm afraid I won't offer him the match I hoped to. Permalink | September 10, 2009, 6:14 pm |

Can we use Photoshop to put in speech bubbles? I'm doing sig-fig adventures and couldn't imagine doing it with those.

GAHHH OCEAN! whyd you have to beat me?! I had a perfect one for this round. "Beggars cant be choosers" And I would have a beggar on the street begging for money. And a rich guy comes by and gives him $100. Then he stops him and asks for it in 5s. HAHAHAHAH good one? Right? If anyone wants to use it, go ahead. Permalink | September 12, 2009, 3:23 pm |
