We're gonna give it a couple weeks to let people sign up. Then I need to get the categories and brackets organized. We're looking at early august for the start. *crosses fingers*

I'm thinking that you're going to have to get a PR rep (Sean). it is hard to find this group if you're not looking.

We post pictures of each other in Sailor outfits bending over with 300 pound guys riding us like donkeys.

Well, Chris is going to win that hands down! After all, if he can lift a 200-pound Kesconovitz (sorry if it's misspelled, Brian), he can surely handle another 100 pounds . . . .

If we do that then we'll get a bunch of contenders that we know won't make it past the first round.

Can we start like, say, the 8th of August? That'll give all of us time to get back home from vacation.

yeah, so I don't really get this so far. I know that it's a tournament-style moc off, but that's about it. when is it starting, when do we have to post, and what are the categories? once I know those things, I'm in for sure.

Think of it as a Final Four tournament (college basketball). That's as much as I can help you with. We do know that it's starting sometime in August, and each "duel" lasts 10 days. Within those ten days, you must build something that goes with your category. The winner moves on. The categories will be revealed when the tourney starts, but the are pretty basic.

By mid August we would all be back in the groove of school in the U.S. That sounds good. I don't know about the land on the other side of the pond, though.

I am not sure, but I believe you can make brackets on some website. just google it if you need brackets. also, will you be posting the brackets? or just telling everyone their opponent separately.
