Do you guys organize your bricks?

I'm starting to. Most is still in a big pile in a box, yet my minifigs, the accessories, the tiles and the rounded 1x1 tiles or buttons are in small bags.

Me? Not really, my legos are in a random mess. I just look for something that works and slap it on. If I find something better I just tear it down to where I can replace it.

I am in the middle of sorting mine out into hardware drawers. I still have many, many thousands of pieces to go. I have organized minifigs and some of the pieces that I use most often.
