I mean ROD...

I was thinking of building a Lamborghini Rod. It sounds king of crazy, tell me if you think I should.

Crazy can be good! The only thing I would say is that it still has to look like a Rod- Rods are typically very narrow and small compared to modern cars, especially something like a Lamborghini. However, that set has some sweet parts to use that would be great on a Rod, so give it a go!

Anyway, I just got the new Lamborghini set (Check out my alternative) and I was thinking of building a Lamborghini Rod. It sounds king of crazy, tell me if you think I should.

I made a Rod based around the Pozilia Gallardo set. I know it's different to what it sounds like you were thinking to do, but my rod is fairly modern looking. Over a year on and I noticed that you haven't posted/finished it, so feel free to look at my rod if you're stuck for ideas, and good luck, it would be great to see this done. :)

Also, are there any regulations on where the engine can be mounted? I'm getting ideas for a new Rod project....

I wouldn't think so, since Volksrod's have the engine in the back, and they're still hot-rods.

True, I hadn't thought of Volksrods. Cheers :)
