Oooh, this is going to be hard, I cant decide, but here goes nothing.
Favorite fighter: Its a tie between Su-35 (to bad it was retired before it really took to the skies) and YF-23 Blackwidow II (this isn't off to a good decision making start!)

Favorite Tank: Ok here we go, this is a no brainer! The Panzerkampfenwagen VI, Sanderkraftnezuek 181, formally known as the Tiger and the feircest tank to ever roam the battle feilds of WWII!

Favorite Ship: The Akagi, Japanese aircraft carrier, the cutting technological edge in naval warfare when the US entered WWII.

Favorite Rifle: The AK-47, unjamable, unbreakable, and undianably the weapon best suited to today's urban warfare environment. The only cleaning this weapon needs is to have the operator ties overhand knots in his bootlaces, dip them in motor oil and run it through the barrel. It takes mere minutes to train a man in how to operate it. It is cheap, with millions sold world wide, and is used, in a modified version, by possibly the best counterterriosm force on the face of the Earth, the Israeli Defense Force! Its one draw back, its accuracy doesn't matter in today's close quarters combat and guerilla warfare.

Favorite Helo: AH-64 Apache Longbow. It brings unbearable fire power and technology to bear.

Favorite Unit: The Israeli Defense Force, they've had years of practice, due to the numerous attacks of their Arab neighbors.

Favorite Spec-Ops: Spetznaz, see I fit both the IDF and these kick but, hard-core, secretive Russian commandos!

Favorite Tactic: Guerilla warfare is undeniably the way of the future, or at least the present. If you watch the news, all you hear is stories of the Taliban winning it in Afganhistan left and right, I hate to say it, but their beating us! It does have one secret weaknes though, AIR POWER! Its hard to carry around SAM and AAA batteries and remain secretive, plus I'm 100% Airforce, so aerial warfare is tied.

=)

The Su-35 was never retired. It is going to be a main fighter in the russian air force for years to come.

You can jam an AK, you can break an AK. Its heavy, gravitates towards an awkward hold for right handed shooters only. Its only moderately accurate past 300 meters and is a fast-aging design. Yeah, got to love the AK but its not invincible. You go get some sand in it and see how far motor oil and a bootlace gets you.

the IDF uses the Galil, which is far from a modified AK, and that is being phased out in favor of the TAR-21.

Hmm, maybe I'm wrong but I could of sworn the program was seriously halted before the 35 was widespread, but that may have just been in Communist Russia, IDK maybe now that they are idependent or whatever they are starting it back up. Then again, what does "a main fighter in the russian air force for years to come" actually mean, the communist weren't known for having the most technologically advanced air force. True, they were ahead of most countries, but still behind NATO. =)

Favorite strategy is aerial warfare because if you have the right aircraft you can dominate the skies and bomb your enemy into defeat!

Aerial warfare is a potent weapon, and a necessary addition to any attacking army, but it is not the end all answer. Adolf Hitler found that out the hard way when he allowed the British to escape at Dunkirk becasue he held his armies back and told Goring he could bomb the enemy out of existance. The simple fact of it is there are to many ways to defeat, decieve, avoid aerial attack, the only real way to ensure an enemy is defeated is to put boots on the the ground. I get what your saying, it is my favorite method as well, and that your exagerating (I do it all the time) but I just wanted to say it is not the end-all answer. =)

How could I forget about artillery?!? I love artillery guns! I don't know much about the deferent kinds but in a little strategy game I have called 'Advance Wars 2' I always use Grit, the artillery specialist. It doesn't matter if his tanks are weak if the enemy gets blown up before they even reach my front line!

Attack methods of choice:
#1. Go in guns-a-blazing in a plane or helicopter.
#2. If I can't do that then take them out with a sniper rifle or artillery gun from as far away as possible.
#3. If I can’t get a sniper or aircraft, sneak into the enemy base quietly and steal one of theirs! If they absolutely don’t have any of those then I would use a tank, but I still like the idea of it being one of their tanks. :P
