i am trying to build a little bird helicopter and don't have the one windshield part and was wondering if there was an alternative windshield

I'm not sure what kind of legos you have in your supply, so this may or may not help. Looking through mine there weren't any other windsheilds that seemed to fit well, however you could use a combination of hinge plates, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=4276 ,to simulate the metal bands that run through the windscreen on the actual chopper.
