Guess we should make it a group thing, since so many people have the clone set by now.
What are the rules?
I think a few basic ones would be these:
1. Can only use (on)e LEGO Star Wars: The Clone Wars Clone Walker Battle Pack (8014)
2. Make it a hardsuit, it's what the group does.
Anything else?

Should it be? Anyone here not a cheap skate and want to donate a prize? =P I guess the prize, should the winner choose to accept it, is a hardsuit built by me. Of course I'm a cheap skate so the winner should pay me $10 to cover my Lego cost and shipping. =P Or they can just forgo the prize itself.
By the way, I"M DONE! I won't post mine until I've seen a few or yours. =P Plus I should refine it a little.
Guess we need judges. Guess I should be a judge, since it's pointless to win my own Lego. I'm open to any of you wanting to be a judge too. But it means if you build one for the contest, you can't be considered for the grand prize.

I'm done as well though I'm having a bit of... camera fail at the moment... it'll be interesting to see how many of us use the same desperate techniques when faced with a challenge like this.
also, I personally think the prize should just be being able to say you won. I've never seen actual prizes given for these.

Photography tips,
Turn on Macro. It's the flower symbol button. This focuses your digital camera to close up objects like Lego.
Stay at least one foot away from the Lego. Zoom with your camera instead of jamming the camera in the mech's face.
Timer - if you have a timer, rest your camera on a box and let the timer take your shot. This will make the picture less blurry.
Proper light - no, don't shoot in your bedroom at night.
Don't have a light box? Me either. Just shoot outside. Nothing beats sunlight for color representation.

=P Hopefully we're not deviating too far from MK's original MOC-Off idea. I guess this is a free-for-all MOc-Off.
The way I've seen the voting before is- anyone that doesn't have a picture at stake gets one vote on the thread. The votes are tallied at the end of the deadline. Anyone want to propose a deadline time?

I...wow that's a lot of people interested in my little idea.... well, as soon as I get a new S.D. (memory) card for my camera, to replace the one I lost, I will post my entry, as well as my next Crimson suit.... and my new fighter, and my diorama, and the ten thousand other things I made since losing that danged card... photography class... grrrrr.

Preferably, no. This make the playing field equal for those that only have one set. Plus it is more challenging when faced with tighter constraints.

i just use what i have, which is actually not that bad. i have a huge tub of legos, but i usually only use a smaller box that has all the best pieces. easier cleanup!
