If he doesn't know the answer, I might. For those who profess to know almost every will be surprised by how much they don't.

Do all mythical dragons need to have wings? What's your opinion?

Not all dragons need wings. The Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Tibetan dragons do not have wings, but are more like legged serpents.

I always confuse with how many legs that a Dragon should have? Harry Potter's Movie version, Wings are front limbs, thus only two legs there. But Some Walt Disney Pictures showed 4 limbs + 2 wings. Chinese traditional one has no wings but 4 limbs. VERY CONFUSED.

The number of legs that your dragon should have
is however many you think it should have.

also the four legged dragons with wings came from scandinavian legends like that of nidhøggr and fafnir. The Beowulf dragon had and in some variations had not wings. also ask me as well any questions about dragons i spent alot of time dedicated to them.

After doing 3 dragon: a red, a black and a blue/white 3 headed dragon.(without disassembling any of them yet), I have been requested to do a chimera?

Is chimera a dragon?

The goat head is not a problem nor is the dragon head. The lion head is tricky. Aside from that I think it might turn out stupid looking. What are opinion guys?

NO. a chimera is not a dragon. trust me I Am obsessed with Mythological Creatures, and dragons and chimeras are two very different creatures.

Dragons are different in that they usually have 3 pairs of limbs, 2 front legs, two hind legs and two wings (by the way some types of dragons have the ability to transform into Humans (because those species have a innate love of humans (as friends, and companions))).

Thanks for the clarification with regards to chimera vs real dragon.

Im presently studying how to create Tiamat as my ultimate evil dragon and Bahamut as her nemesis. Tiamat looks very hard to make with so many head colors to blend that the moc might look weird while Bahamut's gold coloration seems difficult with few gold bionicle parts available. hmmm...

I'll think of something and keep you guys posted.

As for YOU, don't adhere to the usual amounts and styles. Chimeras may not be dragons, but you can build a dragon with chimera-like traits.
