And here we go! Final round!

Judges:
-Berial
-Chris Yee
-Porcratus

Congrats to all the contestant who participated and to the 2 finalists who've made it this far.

I'm gonna try something different for this theme. Enjoy.

"Sword and Sheild" Theme. This is going to take some explaining.

One of the pair is to build a creation that expresses perfect defense, and the other contestant builds a creation that shows perfect attack. How you represent such an idea is completely up to you. The more creative and orginal the better.

The idea behind this round will be to see who in theory would win in a fight. The one with better attack or better defense? Yup that's right, judges will be judging based on creativity and all the usual points. But we will also be taking into considering which of the two we think would win in a conflict.

Now to decide who does what!

*flips coin*

Rakshi Party - Attacker! May your power obliterate your oponent.
VS
Johann Dakitsch - Defender! May you hold you ground against all unslaught.

Due date will be July 11th, next monday.

Ps: There is no size limit ;D It IS the final round, go all out and good luck.

I know judges are kinda busy with the Bio-Cup(I am too), but if you could spare some time to judge this... Lets not forget the BBOA.

Not so much busy with the Bio-Cup, more to do with work, heh.

Rahkshi Party

Great backstory with your MOC, you really put forth something that could quite potentially kill many a foe. So many weapons! The body just seemed a bit off though, the disproportionate appearance with the stunted legs and elongated body. I admittedly only noticed this the second time round as it just appeared to me that the thighs were actually his lower abdomen, and the knees his hips, which may have made a more dominating appearance. All in all, good job.

14/20

Johann Dakitsch

Something about a giant steel bird that can use it's massive wings as shields is a scary concept. Clean lines I like, and the carefully hidden details are great. Stability as well as poseability are awesome, and the overall colour scheme is quite striking. Well done. You have my vote.

Rakshi Party your concept and creation of a two sided battle robot was very creative. Unfortunately the oddly proportioned limbs that don't seem too sturdy or moveable knocks down your score for me.

Johann Dakitsch, your design as it has been said before is very sleek. What I like about it, is the simple look, yet complex build as well. It is armored well but to me it seems it's wings are it's main defense. The legs seem under armored and the chest looks to be umportected. To me it's not as armored as it could be.

Once again this was a difficult one to judge but my vote goes to Rakshi Party for an intriging design as well as when I run it through my head I see his creation winning in a fight for it's adaptability and able to not be back attacked.

Johann Dakitsch is the winner! Congrats to you for winning
"3 rounds of the 2nd Bio Build Off Athon"

Could an admin edit the front page with this info?

Alrighty folks I'll probably need a week or less to adjust the rules of the BBOA again and we should be good to go for another epic contest! Come chat in the discussion topic if you wish to help decide on the finer points of the contest and offer your Judging skills. I'll be continueing as a judge.
