In my opinion, since Iron monger is a very round buffed armour mecha, his torso should be round as well. A giant wheel(silver one or gray) would be a perfect waist line. Old round armour(silver or gray) of past toas would be perfect for chest and shoulder pieces. For the central chest red core, get a transparent red system round brick system part.
A titan of 15 to 18 inches would be just perfect for the Iron Monger.
