My creations are invisible
Join to comment
Hello. I am a new user of this website, and I have made 5 MOC pages of LEGO creations. However, upon viewing them, there is a message that says "This LEGO creation is invisible right now. Everyone will be able to see it in a few hours. Since you're new here, we need to make sure your pages are OK first. Feel free to add more LEGO creations while you wait!". It has been about a week since I made the pages, so I just wanted to be sure something isn't wrong and that my pages will be visible. I want to use this website to share my creations and projects with friends, but at the moment it appears I cannot do that. Thank you for your help.

Is there any way I can streamline the process? Because I don't want to have to hand out my login info to my friends in order to show them my creations on here, and that's the main reason I joined this site.

Just wait, none of the staff have been on for a few days which is really odd, they are usually quick about this. Don't give out login info, email the pictures to them if youre in a hurry, or show them the link to the exact picture.

I just checked for new users and we only had one in the que (wasn't Rick's). I went ahead and gave that one the thumbs up. Meanwhile, I know I cleared several yesterday and Chris probably did as well. So, Rick, based upon what I'm seeing you should be good to go.

If you find you're still having a problem let us know here.

Pictures? Well, yes...that would be due to the fact that he hasn't posted any. But since you were able to go to his home page to see for yourself that no pics are on there, that means his account is now public. Unless I misunderstood the question, he was asking about his pages being visible to the public.

I just made a page (Audi TT) and it is visible to the public. However the 5 I made before, 3 mini Eve spaceships and 2 Fallout robots are not visible. Can you fix this for me please? Or do i have to remake them (I'd rather not, would be tedious).

Nevermind, I figured out how to fix it. If I open my invisible pages and edit them and resubmit, they will show up normally without being invisible.

Hi there. I realize I am a week late here, but I am having a similar issue. I joined Mocpages and submitted a creation about 3-4 days ago. My page still says that it is currently invisible and will be seen "in a few hours". Can somebody please give mine the thumbs up?

Hey Sam, welcome to MOCpages!

Usually it takes about 24 hours to get your account approved. Luckily however, I happened to check in this afternoon (as opposed to nights when I usually am on) annnnnddd...

You're good to go! Have fun!

I'm not aware of having seen your page in the section for moderation, but nevertheless I just clicked on your name (which links to your home page) and everything appeared to be in order.

It looks like you haven't posted any images yet, however. I might suggest posting something - either a pic on your home page, or post a MOC - and see how that goes. But again, I was able to see your home page normally, so if there's still a problem after you try posting some images we might have to dig a bit deeper.

This happened to me as well.
(When I joined over two years ago) Sometimes the creation just won't get through to the mods at all. I'd try posting it again, because I had to post mine three times before it was approved.(after about 3 month intervals between them)

I am having a similar problem. I joined the site a while ago, but only just uploaded my first creation two days ago and it's still invisible. Figured it was a weekend thing but wanted to be sure in case my page got lost in the mix.

Thanks,
Dave

The mods still need to review your first few comments and mocs no matter how long it takes you to upload them. Once they have chance to review the queues you'll be good to go.

It normally takes 48 hours from when you post the new comment/moc for it to be authorised.

Awesome! I figured that was the case.

It's been about 2 days since I've added my first two creations, so how long does this usually on average take? I really want my friends to see what I've made, but I'm afraid that they will never be approved or something, or maybe just taking long. Thank you.

Couple days to a week. Lot of spam accounts.
