So I've tried to upload photos to this site to do my traditional year-end review. I tried it using Chrome and it did not work. I tried using Internet Explorer and it did not work. I tried embedding the image from Flickr and it did not work. I add my photos, the wheel spins, and then nothing happens. The screen doesn't populate with any of my photos. Not sure why it's the case, so I'm open to any suggestions.

Additionally, it irritates me how this site can't just run smoothly. Seems to me like every time I go on here (which is very seldom any more) there's something messed up. Uploader's messed up, activity feed has gone whack, etc. Not to be mean, but I can see why this site gets as much teasing as it does.

I dont know if this problem is from Firefox or Explorer or Chrome but all three engines doesnt let java activation. I cant upload any images since whenever i try to, it says 'your computer security has self blocked java' and error message comes out. I also thought if this was the update problem of java but even though i reinstalled java with the latest version, it doesn't work. Maybe it is my computer's problem but i really need a clear answer. Can anyone help me? And i also have a contest entry that i am unable to post. :(

Before it worked fine though.

I read something about a malware/virus attac on Java <-- this could be the reason of it. Had the same problem with uploading my pics yesterday. Installed a new Java version but it doesn't run. So i used the simple uploader. This worked pretty good.

Here a link to a site who describes the Java problem. But it's in German only. Hope you can translate it. http://www.pctipp.ch/news/sicherheit/artikel/java-virus-im-umlauf-70542/

When did MOCpages stop allowing us to embed pictures from Flickr? I was trying to upload something tonight, and it told me "Please do not put frames or iframes on your page." So do I just grab the HTML instead?

Yes, full HTML Embed Code. Remember, HTML, nothing else.
