Wait exactly what are you trying to do. Your link sends me to a Create a Topic section. Are you trying to remove conversation topics? They don't. You can only lock them. If you are trying to delete the group, I think that's under the Edit section for the group's homepage.

Okay, right next to the title of the group, there are two links. Edit and Delete, click Delete. If that doesn't work, it might be due to Sean messing with the website adding upgrades and stuff like that.

Yes I know, but it doesn't work even though I have pressed delete button. It just sends me to http://www.mocpages.com/group_delete_ACTION.php?groupid=22285

I'm getting the message that it's now deleted. Not sure what happened, but it's gone.

I also have the problem of deleting groups. I am a member of a ton of groups, most of which I'm not even active in, and I've created some of the dumbest groups ever. Whenever I try to delete a group, it comes up with the page saying "Are you sure?", and I hit yes, only for the page to come up completely white. I then go back to the "my groups" page, only to find that the group is still there. Please HALP.

Same issue as Spencer... although it's only happened once, since I don't have many groups to delete, LOL.

For the group to delete, you have to remove every member except yourself. Then delete the group.

The problem is that doesn't always work reliably. I've tried it before and it didn't work either, even though I had removed all of the other members...

Except with a lot of my groups, I'm the only one in it.

The first one deleted no problem.

The second one you are not the only admin of the group so unless all the other admins approve it, I can't (in good concious) delete it (so just get them to approve the deletion and we'll take care of it).

The third one... hmmm... I went to delete the group and it wouldn't let me do it. Strange but there wasn't even a "delete" tab to hit. I'll try again or maybe Mark can try. Might just be one of those pesky glitches we're always talking about.

Chris, I was wondering, why not just have a button that clears the group, but still allows it to be used? Like, what I'm trying to say is, all these inactive groups, why don't you just allow them to be reused? I had an old competition group, that never really caught on. A few months ago, I needed an Admin group for my Debate Club; I just changed the title, and the topics. It might save some server space.....

How did you delete the topics? I didn't think that was possible. And they've said in the past server space shortage is no problem.

I didn't delete topics; I was lucky to note have any named. But I'm saying that that should be a feature, should be want to "recycle". But, if server space isn't an issue, then, well....

Oh i didn't know that the second one had other admins, i am VERY sorry about that. Yeah, i think the third group problem is kinda weird. For me, when i try to delete a group, when i press delete button, it leads me to other blank page.
