I uploaded a creation yesterday, but since I'm new there's the invisibility period and all. I've been waiting since then for it to become visible but it hasn't. How long do you usually have to wait?

How long does the invisibility period for a new person's creation last? I've had mine in waiting for a day and it's still invisible.

I've just authorised your comment here but it doesn't seem to have worked for some strange reason so I'll paraphrase your original question and try to respond.

Basically your mocs aren't invisible they are pending authorisation. As this needs to be done manually by Sean or one of his hansom assistants, it could be a day or it could be 2. Remember this is the holiday season so the admins may not have been on to process the necessary checks for you.

All I can say is, give it another day and if nothing is showing I'll see if I can arrange for someone to check there isn't a technical problem.

Sorry I'm only a mod for this group or I'd do it myself.

It depends on our personal schedules (given that our work here is voluntary). Usually Chris or I will be on at least once a day to moderate. I'll hop over to the New Members section and approve any new members.

Hello!

I have the same problem, my acount seems to be OK, have titles and others, quality photos, etc, and I'm still waiting for moderation since two days.

On of my mocs: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/415498

I'd be happy if someone could do something about this. Thanks in advance!

Hello! I'm waiting since 3 days. My uploaded stuffs are still invisible. If moderators look at them ones a day, why does it take so much long? I wrote here yesterday, got no answer.

Sorry Tamas - I can't speak for Chris, but I've been at a family reunion over the 4th of July holiday, and just got caught up this morning.

I cleared everyone on the list before coming to the Help group this morning. From my end it looks like you're good to go now. Again, my apologies for the delay.

My gallery is invisible since 6 days. SIX. Can anyone do something? Is there a global moderator? If I product such quality pictures with a day of work, I really don't want to be invisible.

Hello! Can you speak now with Chris (or any moderator who can make public technic and military mocs)? My pages are invisible for nearly two weeks.

Hello!

Ok, I'll wait, just seems too long, but if it's normal, then ok.

"hav eyou ev Dites or resubmited these creations"
I don't fully understand this sentence. When I uploaded them two weeks ago, I uploaded the pictures, wrote the text, and make them finished. Since then, I didn't change anything in them.

My pages are invisible for 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS. Please moderate them, change them to be public. Why is this process so slow? If moderators saw any problem with my account, or email adress, etc., let me know, but something is really needed to happen.

I just wonder about this situation. Does everyone, who uploads his first mocs wait so long?

3 weeks?? Are you serious? Ugh, that's a long time. Also, for some reason, none of my posts are coming up in groups either. :/

All your comments are going into moderation. They aren't appearing in groups because the moderators of those groups aren't authorising them.

Maybe make it the exact same as this one? :)- jd the lego owl

I've been hitting the New Members section for moderation at least every other day (and I know Chris has been on there as well since we both had to tackle some issues just these last few days). I've not been seeing your home page listed there, and I just visited your page - it appears to be public. Links are working, too. I don't see any creations added yet. Are you still having a problem on your end where your pages look as if they have yet to be approved?

Hi!

Thanks for the info. It can be, my homepage is public, but my MOCS aren't. I've uploaded 13 mocs (1 in technic, 12 in military), they look like this now:

http://www.kephost.com/images/2015/07/23/MP001.jpg

http://www.kephost.com/images/2015/07/23/MP002.jpg

http://www.kephost.com/images/2015/07/23/MP003.jpg

http://www.kephost.com/images/2015/07/23/MP004.jpg

Every of these have 0 views, because they aren't public, and the moderation text appears in top of the page.

I've created my account about 1-2 years ago, but I uploaded mocs only 3 weeks ago. Can this be the problem? Or, can it be that non-gmail email adress cause my problem? Should I delete my account and make the same again? I tried not to do that, I had enough work with this account too.

I don't resubmitted or changed anything in my uploads after that day when I uploaded them.

Yeah, I'm seeing that your home page is approved, but when I'm taken to the page for your creations it's saying you haven't created or posted anything yet. I'm stumped.

I'm passing this on to Sean. Maybe I'm missing something obvious (wouldn't be the first time! ;), but this scenario is really bizarre to me. If Chris sees this thread, perhaps he'll spot what I seem to be missing. Hopefully we can get this straightened out for you.

Many thanks in advance!

I also don't understand this situation, when I go from my homepage to any of my uploads, I see this: "There are no LEGO creations here!" BUT: when I go to "you/Your LEGO creations", I see them, and the descriptions, titles, pictures too.

Tamas, I'm sorry this has been happening, it's quite odd. Your account was approved a while ago but for some reason all the pages you added were going into the database as invisible. I've manually set them to "visible" (check out your page to see).

I cannot tell why this might have happened. As a test, try adding a new MOC as a test and let us know if it's still coming up as "invisible" or not.

Hello!

Thank you, everything works now. I tried with this:

There is no more "ghost page" text in the top.
