when i click add a lego creation, it takes me to the page where i can add a title, photo etc. However, as soon as i click 'add photos' the pop-up tab opens but immediately a windows error says internet explorer has stopped working. This has been happening for days and it not my computer because i have had no problems what so ever whith any other website.

Really, I'd just say use another browser. Internet Explorer in any of its versions is just terrible. Basically, the only reason it should be used is to download another browser. Try Firefox, Safari, or Chrome, but just get away from IE. Far away. If that doesn't solve your problem, I can't tell you what to do without more info.

Sounds to me like the issue is with Java Console. I'd check that you have updated to the latest version. If that doesn't clear the problem, perhaps switching to a different browser might help, Chrome and Firefox are both well respected.

Safari always works. Just make sure you have the latest version of Java.

I'm currently having the same problems, except I use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.

Check your Java settings in your browser settings. You may have had an update (often not Java related) that switched Java off. If so, turn it back on. I had the same problem and it worked for me.

Checked. It's not working.

I'm trying to upload from a Macbook Air (I usually use PC), is that part of it?
