If you're an admin or mod, yes. There's a 'remove' link under each creation

If you are a mod or admin in that group, yes you can. But if not, no. Which is why you need to be careful when selecting which creations to add to which groups.

If you have something you'd like to see removed, you could always try asking a group leader to remove it on your behalf. Most will be glad to oblige.
